Q: How do I update my email address and login information?
A: Updating your personal details is easy. Click on “My Account” and then on “My Profile”. You can edit your personal details as well as your account login information here.
Q: How much does membership cost?
A: Currently we only have one type of memberships. Our Monthly Membership is $19.95 per month but we will be having premium memberships coming soon.
Q: Can I reach someone live if I have questions?
A: Our personal coaching provides you with a way to access live professionals to answer questions. If you do not have a coach you will have to utilize the forums for your questions. All website related support should go to support@seriousmlmtraining.com
Q: How many free conference calls can I listen to each month without joining?
A: You can join in on one free conference call every month – compliments of SMT. Just register for the calls or download our mini-course and you’ll receive notification of the call schedule and topics.
Q: What kind of support does SMLMT offer?
A: We offer interactive MLM Network Marketing training, mentoring and coaching on the site. Our interactive forum gives the opportunity to pose questions to seasoned MLM experts, something you won’t find anywhere else.
